Accountability & Support Team
Our cross-cultural ministry team is supported by and accountable to a group of volunteer advisors that have years of experience running Christian ministry and being directly involved in overseas missions. With their different professional sectors, they are dedicated to providing missionaries care and developing a sustainable and holistic ministry in Cambodia.

Mr. Lau Cheuk Chung - Ministry and Finance Chair
Pastor CC Lau served with M.V.Doulos, Operation Mobilisation (OM) Hong Kong & the Hong Kong Association of Christian Missions for the last 27 years. He is now serving as OM East Asia Area Global Mobilisation Director (Chinese World Ministry), whilst doing further study in missiology based in the UK.

Dr. Ada Lai - Ministry and Finance
Former Executive Director of the Christian Concern for the Homeless Association, Deputy Director of the Harvest Charity Foundation. Provides theological education, training and supervision to leaders and poverty alleviation projects in Hong Kong, mainland China, Cambodia and Thailand. Training topics include spiritual leadership, spiritual community and poverty alleviation work.

Dr. Sammy Cheng - Pastoral Care
Dr Sammy Cheng is an experienced clinical psychologist in Hong Kong. He commits himself in mission in marketplace and psycho-spiritual restoration and recovery. Currently he serves as the General Secretary of the HK Doulos Ministry Centre and the Principal in the Barnabas Institute of Counsellor Training.
Dr. Cheng has served as a trainer in various government departments, corporate associations, universities and professional bodies.

Pastor Tim Wong - Pastoral Care
As a pastor for many years of experience in church planting and pastoring, Tim supports the family by walking with them through the highs and lows on this journey of being on long term mission in Cambodia. He also advises the ministry on how to implement fruitful discipleship models in cross-cultural settings.

Rebecca Chee - Spiritual Support
Rebecca has had a 30+ year career working in Christian publishing in Hong Kong. She is experienced in spiritual formation and training on different Christian topics. She is the spiritual companion to the family.

Dr. Ching Ching Cheung - Parental Support
Ching Ching is a language and early childhood education specialist. She supports the ministry by caring for the parents and missionaries kids of the founding team in Hong Kong.

Dr. Fung Ka Hang, Timothy
Dr. Fung Ka Hang, Timothy is a Family Physician FRACGP, Western Australia, currently practicing in the private hospital sector and serving as an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Hong Kong. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Pediatrics and Clinical Dermatology, reflecting a broad range of professional expertise. In his capacity as a medical and health consultant, Dr. Fung provides long-term support to frontline missionaries and overseas volunteers. Leveraging his extensive clinical experience, he offers precise health protection and professional medical consultation for those serving abroad.

Isaac Mui - Corporate Governance Advisor
Isaac Mui is a qualified accountant having about 3 decades of senior executive experience in multinational corporations, focus on areas of financial control, personnel and administration.
He acts as an advisor to the leadership team to enhance the company's financial system and control in order to safeguard the donated funds to be properly managed and accounted for.

Edward Chow - Legal Advisor
Mr. Chow Lap San Edward is a practicing barrister, Greater Bay Area Lawyer, arbitrator and mediator. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, the University of Hong Kong, Masters of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution and Corporate Financial Law. His main areas of practice in Hong Kong include arbitration law, company law, commercial law, securities law, trust law, land law, tenancy law, wills and probate, contract law, tort law, personal injury law, administrative law and immigration,criminal law.

Stanley Leung- Insurance & Claims Advisor
Stanley is a seasoned insurance expert and a vital advocate for our ministry’s protection. Navigating claims can be complex, and providers may often be reluctant to honor them after an accident. Stanley bridges this gap by leveraging his extensive experience to secure the best coverage and personally represent our frontline workers during the claims process. His unwavering commitment ensures that our team has a robust safety net and the professional support they need to serve securely in challenging environments overseas.

Dr. Peter Lau - Dental Hygenie Program Advisor
Dr. Lau is an experienced private dental practitioner working in Hong Kong. He is also teaching as a part-time clinical lecturer at the University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Dentistry. Passionate about the ‘Hope For Next Generation’ initiative, he aligns with the mission to extend God’s love, particularly focusing on outreach in Cambodia. Driven by his faith and desire to contribute, Dr. Lau is enthusiastic about advising and guiding as a member of the Advisory Committee, leveraging his professional skills for the greater good and ensuring that his actions reflect the love and teachings of Christianity.

KaKi Shek - Charity Sales & Marketing
KaKi is responsible for product and market development of the SOW Studio Art Studio line of handmade artisan products from Cambodia. Working with the Cambodia team, she uses her years of experience in the marketing and product development sector to develop an unique line of gifts suitable for the Hong Kong market. Every year, we produce, design, ship and sell a new line of unique arts from Cambodia, where all proceeds go towards the support of ministry in Cambodia.

Nina Leung- Volunteer Coordination
After a 40-year career in HR and event management, Nina is using her retirement to bless our ministry as Volunteer Coordinator. She humbly and beautifully connects diverse talents to create a high-impact team. Because our volunteers cover so much ground, we save the staffing costs in mission mobilization work in HK—ensuring that nearly every dollar you donate goes straight to frontline ministry.

Marco Siu - Build and Construction Consultant
Marco is trained as an architect, a member of the HongKong Institute of Architects and the Danish Association of Architects, and is now working on project management in a property developer in Hong Kong. He is also the deputy chairperson of the HKIA Planning & Urban Design Committee, member of organizing Committees for design competitions and the recipient of HKIA CPD Research Fund.
Previously with architectural practices, he has worked onprojects on university campuses with laboratories, residential complexes, school and hospital projects. As an independent architect, he has worked on a placemaking project in Taiwan, a renovation project for NGO in Hong Kong and master planning for a dormitory campus in Thailand. He also joined international architecture exhibitions, design competitions and gave presentations in international architect congresses held in Denmark and
Philippines.
Brian Lee - Build and Construction consultant
Brian is a senior architectural designer in a leading private architectural practice in Hong Kong and a member of the Danish Association of Architects. He received his education in Australia, Switzerland and Denmark respectively, also apprenticed in China and Spain, and is the recipient of HKIA CPD Research Fund.
With local practices, he has worked on projects on largescale commercial complexes, retail centres and cinemas. As an independent designer, he has worked on a temporary timber pavilion in Zurich and residential renovation projects in Hong Kong. He also joined international architecture exhibitions, design competitions and gave presentations in international architect congresses held in Denmark and Philippines.

David Siu - Build and Construction Advisor
David's uses his long career of working in different industries, including construction, sustainable energy, electronics and renovations to support the development of the ministry, especially as we build the infrastructure for the community centre in the village. He helps with sourcing and liasion with factories in Cambodia and Asia. Maria, the wife of David, supports the ministry with local Hong Kong mobilisation and events management.

Mobilisation & Prayer Meeting Convenors
A volunteer team in Hong Kong and overseas supports us and mobilize more people in mission education, mobilization events such as charity sales, fundraising, ministry sharing, conference in different churches, seminary schools and market places. Prayers always are paramount important in ministry deveopment. Our prayer meeting converors support us to organize regulary prayer meetings and spiritual prayer campagins. These include Rita, Lila, Wendy, Iris, Catherine and Teresa.

Administration and Finance Team
Great administrative and financial support are essenntial for maintaining order, facilitating communication, optimaizing resouces in our ministry. This team supports the ministry in Admin, finance, sourcing, purchase, book keeping in Hong Kong.

Local Cambodia Team

Our Cambodian ministry is conducted through the local christian NGOs registration : True Hope Organisation, where Kelvin and Rainbow are 2 of the directors to oversee, pastor and develop the local ministry. We are joined by dedicated cambodian team members that share the vision of advancing the Great Commission in unreached parts of Cambodia
